Please do be advised, if you do make a payment for your order, then the Hartslief Designs team does accept the fact that you have read and understood the T’s and C’s and have no questions, concerns or objections and that the terms and
conditions related to your order is clearly understood.
OUR ORDER PROCESS:
We have two methods of how you can place your order.
- Via our e-mail platform
- Via our online store
- Via WhatsApp
Please make sure to use your name/surname as reference when
making a payment into our account. We have had issues in the past where clients use
a different reference or someone pays on behalf of the client and uses their own name
as reference and then we have no idea who to allocate the payment to and this will also
delay your order until we figure out who the payment belongs to, Hartslief Designs Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for any missed deadlines or extended lead
times in the event where a incorrect reference was used
In the event where an online order has been placed, please
only use the order number that is sent to you via email. Please do not use your name/
surname as reference. We only work with order numbers with all online orders. Not using
the correct reference (order number only) there will be delays in allocating payments
and capturing the orders
All Product Orders takes about 5 working days to complete after payment reflects, mostly quicker if possible
NOTE: The above lead times does not include the delivery/dispatch time. It is merely
from the date of confirmation of payment to the day that the order will be completed.
Towels & Blanket Orders takes about 2 weeks to complete after payment reflects and designs is approved by the client

All of the Drinkware products are not suitable for dishwashers (hand wash only).
We design & print anything you like, designs will be send to you before we print
for your approval once payment reflects in our account
Printing options Explained
Single sided printed is for example a image or design & name at the front of the product, the rest of the product remains plain
Double sided printed is for image or design & name at the front & back of the product
Fully printed is when the design goes all the way around the product to cover most of the
printable area of the product
Prices includes the design of the artwork of your product.
If you make and send your own DESIGN, we do not take responsibility of the outcome on your product.
Even if you make your own designs the price remains the same.
Please remember to check for spelling mistakes before you approve a product, we will not reprint for free when you approve something, we are only human & we all can make a typing error.
